How to start your return:

- Choose which items you want to return and select a reason.
- Choose your preferred resolution (Exchange or Refund).
- Print the pre-paid shipping label sent to your email.
- Pack your items securely and drop them off at the carrier.

- Refund to Original Payment: A flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund Processing Time
Once your package is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
